Tampa’s Anchor Riverwalk apartment community sold for $157 million, which comes to an eye watering $398,000 per door. The five story facility was built in 2018 and sits on a five acre parcel. The fully leased community was sold by the Connor Group and the buyer was TA Realty. The sale is the 2nd highest price per door for an apartment community in Tampa.
