Tampa’s Brighter Community daycare center sold for $2.8 million. The 5,600 sq ft facility was built in 1958 and sits on a 0.64 acre lot. The seller was A Brighter Community Inc. and the buyer was Heights 2 Properties. The center is located at 1613 N. Marion St.
