KKR (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts) bought the 178,000 sq ft Tampa Fulfillment Center for $33 million. The facility is less than a year old, is fully leased, and was developed by Keating Resources & the Easton Group. The facility sits on 16 waterfront acres and is located at 101 S. 34th Street.
