Tampa has picked the Related Group & the Tampa Housing Authority to develop the Rome Yard site. The $75 million project will be on an 18 acre city owned parcel. The mixed-use approach will include commercial space, apartments & townhouses. While the selection of Related has been made, negotiations between Related and Tampa are ongoing, and the city council must approve the deal for it to be finalized.
