The Bank of America Plaza in Tampa has signed major leases with Carollo Engineers & UBS Wealth Management. The leases total 24,000 square feet and bring the facility’s occupancy level to 92 percent. The 42 story building is the 2nd tallest building in Tampa and offers 780,000 square feet of space.
