The Greenhouse Shops, a 79,000 sq ft shopping center in Tampa, sold for $12 million. The center was built in 1985, was 96% leased, and was anchored by a Walmart. The seller was Abaco-Greenhouse & the buyer was CF Properties. The sale also included a gas station nearby. The Greenhouse Shops are located at 3611 W. Hillsborough Ave.
