Tampa’s 82 room Tahitian Inn was sold for $9.7 million. The three story hotel opened in the 1950s. The facility is 56,000 sq ft and sits on a 1.76 acre parcel. The seller was Joe Pupello & the buyer was Om Ventures. The hotel is located at 601 S. Dale Mabry Highway.
