Icaria on Pinellas, the largest Class A apartment community in Tarpon Springs was sold for $66 million. The deal comes to $278,000 per door. The project was bought by DDA Development, Backstreets Capital & Atlantic American Partners. Icaria is a new complex on a 7 acre parcel. It’s located at 1185 South Pinellas Ave.
