The Corner at Westshore, a 67,000 sq ft shopping center in Tampa, sold for $45 million. The center was built in 2014 and sits on a 7 acre parcel across the street from International Mall. The sale comes to a heady $664 per sq ft. The seller was Saber Real Estate Advisors ARC Trust and the buyer was Bruce Qvale. Tenants include AT&T, Bank United, and Olive Garden among others.
