The transformation of the 100 year old State Theatre into the Floridian Social Club is 90% complete. Kevin Chadwick purchased the 8,600 square foot facility in 2018 and is creating a new St. Pete landmark in Art Deco style. Mr. Chadwick is working exclusively with local firms to restore this jewel from St. Pete’s past. Chadwick selected local architect Jack Wodziak and local contacting firm Creative Arts Unlimited to execute the project. The grand opening date has not yet been determined.
